Here are a number of my favorite finished/semi-finished patches I've done in VCV Rack.
mostly an accidental patch, inviting some chaosfirst time trying to trigger sequencers with another sequencermy attempt at recreating this John Williams piece I threw in some audio from the film to really sell it.an evolution of me trying to get a brass sound out of the Surge XT string VCO. Ended up with a kind of space adventure sound.playing with pitch and delays under randomized bass hits really loved the shift in tone during this onefirst time automating patch parameters simultaneously using VCV as a VST plugin in Reapertried sticking to a more structured chord progression in this patch. I like the bass.I wanted to evoke the feeling of moving through the Washington D.C. Metro with this patch. Grabbed some footage featuring the 1000 series train cars from YouTube.my attempt at recreating the THX deep note in VCV by moving randomly pitched VCOs to one chord using knobs. I also accidentally synthesized what sounds like pretty convincing radio noise using this same patch.
